Product Sales and Availability
All products displayed on this site are subject to availability and will be delivered only within southern Africa. All prices displayed on the site are quoted in South African Rands and the rate of exchange to other currencies will be dependant on the exchange rate on the day of your purchase.
Baby’licious reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications on products and services offered on this site without incurring any obligations.
A sale between Baby’licious and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Goods will only dispatched upon payment and up until this point all goods remain the property of Baby’licious
You will be charged the prices as they are reflected on the Products Pages in the store at the point of sale, subject to availability.
The prices include Value Added Tax.
Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within two working days. A delivery being late is not grounds for return or refund.
Our orders are dispatched via the South African Post Office. A courier service can be arranged for urgent orders at our courier rates. Please view shipping information here.
Please note that Baby’licious does not accept any responsibility for the services provided by the South African postal service or any other courier system once the parcel leaves our care.
Baby’licious cannot be held responsible for who collects the parcel from the Post Office. The Post Office will keep a record of who signed for collection of the delivery.
Shipping costs is standard at R45 per order.
You can trace your parcel via www.sapo.co.za once you received your tracking number.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
All orders are subject to availability. In cases of indefinite unavailability, Baby’licious will refund the client in full within 30 days.
A customer can cancel an order if payment has not yet been made.
Once payment has been made, the order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of Baby’licious receiving the payment or before the order has been dispatched by Baby’licious, whichever is earlier. A cancellation of a paid order will attract a 15% administration fee to cover bank charges and other costs associated with refunding the customer for the cancelled order. Baby’licious will refund the client within 30 days.
If an order is cancelled after receipt of the goods & return the products, a 50% deposit will be forfeited. The client will return the goods at their own expense. A refund will be done of the remaining 50% within 30 days, only after the goods have been received and inspected.
If any of our products are damaged or broken in transit, you will need to inform Baby’licious within 24 hours of receiving it. We will make arrangements for the damaged product to be returned to us and get a replacement product sent to you on our account or alternatively, we may refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. We will handle each case on an individual basis. Baby’licious cannot be be held responsible for issuing a refund for unreasonable complaints.
If you receive the wrong product, please contact Baby’licious immediately. We will check our system for irregularities and will arrange arrange to swap incorrect products for the one actually ordered, on our account.
We value the comments, ideas, suggestions and feedback disclosed, submitted or offered by you on, by or in connection with your use of the site, but Baby’licious shall not be obliged to respond to, maintain or compensate you in any way whatsoever for your Comments.
You warrant that the Comments disclosed, submitted or offered by you to the site do not and will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or any other personal or proprietary right. You agree not to disclose, submit or offer any Comments that will be or will contain any defamatory, unlawful, abusive or obscene material. Baby’licious disclaims any liability towards any third party regarding your Comments and you shall remain accountable towards any third party regarding the contents of your Comments.
Your privacy is very important to us and Baby’licious shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of our customers.
This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Payment may be made by bank transfer into the Baby’licious bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items. Shipping takes between 14 to 21 working days.
